The location

Perched above the sweeping coastline of St Ouen’s Bay within Jersey’s National Park, The Atlantic Hotel offers a peaceful sanctuary of understated luxury. Spacious rooms with panoramic sea or golf views are designed for rest and comfort, with crisp cotton sheets, bathrobes and slippers, Molton Brown toiletries.

Additionally each guest can choose a Spa treatment from the Spa ‘Tapas menu’ and enjoy of 45 minute treatment included in their Retreat package.

Each day of the retreat is thoughtfully designed to create a balance of movement, rest, connection, and exploration. The programme includes daily meditations, Kundalini yoga, Ai Chi and ‘Deep Calm’ breathwork sessions in the swimming pool, immersive sound baths, and opportunities for surf, SUP, and skateboard lessons.

You can also join sea swimming sessions, island discovery bike rides, and secret swim adventures, along with inspirational talks and supportive talking circles designed to encourage reflection and connection.

All delicious meals at The Atlantic Hotel are included throughout your stay, and we take care of all equipment and insurance, allowing you to fully relax and immerse yourself in the experience.

Activities are always optional, giving you the freedom to participate as much or as little as you wish — creating space to truly slow down, restore, and enjoy the rhythm of the retreat.

DAY 2 – Monday 19th October

Take a deep breath. Today is about stepping beyond your comfort zone. We pause to reflect on our goals, hopes, and direction, realigning with ourselves and the path ahead. A moment to reconnect with what brought you here: your questions, your turning points, your why.

Take a deep breath and leap into the unknown.

Try something new and let curiosity lead, surf, skateboard, e-bike to a secret swim spot, or plunge from sauna to sea. Play, explore, and let your cup overflow.

Each day follows a gentle, spacious rhythm. We flow with the tides, the weather, and the energy of the group, rather than fixed schedules, allowing the retreat to unfold naturally, with freedom, ease, and intention.
